BI338 – Cells: Form and Function – 0.5 Credit

A lecture and laboratory course covering cell structure and function, with an emphasis on eukaryotes. Topics may include biological membranes, the structure, function and development of organelles, including membrane trafficking and protein targeting, as well as signal transduction pathways, and the cytoskeleton. Prerequisites BI236 (or BI231). Exclusions BI460. Notes 3 lecture hours, 3 lab hours
