JN406 – Critical Topics in Public Opinion – 0.5 Credit

An exploration of social and economic impact of influencing public opinion through public relations and other corporate communications practices. The course will explore the ethics and power of managing information and the ethical implications of financed communications on public opinion. Prerequisites 0.5 300 level JN credit and registration in the honours Journalism program. Exclusions JN420.
