CH357 – Laboratory Techniques in Biochemistry – 0.5 Credit

This course covers experiments related to analytical and biophysical chemistry. Students will isolate, purify, and characterize various biomolecules such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids. Experimental techniques will include: differential centrifugation, column chromatography, electrophoresis, HPLC, and various microanalytical methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Prerequisites CH350. Co-requisites CH355, and one of: CH332, CH354, or CH356. Exclusions CH351
