OL312 – Human Aspects of Organizations – 0.5 Credit

The human resource function is fundamental to understanding and optimizing organizational performance. This course studies the organization from the perspective of its most critical component – the people within. Topics may include personality typing and its uses, "emotional intelligence", recruitment and retention issues and strategies, styles and contexts of communication, conflict resolution, and performance management and evaluation (team and individual). Prerequisites CC233/OL233 and CT224/OL224.
