OL311 – Teams in Organizations – 0.5 Credit

Teamwork has emerged as a powerful tool for solving the multi-faceted and interdisciplinary problems that organizations face today. This course explores the theory and application of principles that result in effective teamwork. Topics may include hierarchy in organizations, formal and informal teams, collaboration strategies, effective teamwork, communities of practice. Prerequisites CC233/OL233 and CT224/OL224.
