An introduction to the interdisciplinary field of Women and Gender Studies that addresses the history of feminist thought, theories and activism, in addition to topics of contemporary concern. Topics may include the relationship between gender and work, the family, health, politics, the body, globalization and representations of gender in the media. Exclusions WS200.
