PS285 – Health Psychology – 0.5 Credit

This course is a survey of how psychological theories and research methods can contribute to our understanding of health and illness. The course will cover a variety of health-relevant topics, including models of health and illness, stress and coping, chronic and communicable diseases, and health promotion. Prerequisites PS100 or both PS101 and PS102. Exclusions PS243, PS342.
