This course introduces students to the institutions, processes, actors and dynamics of global governance across a range of issue areas, including human rights and peace and security. Students explore contending theoretical perspectives (realist, liberal, constructivist, critical) and analyse complex governance challenges in order to understand continuity and innovation in contemporary global politics. Prerequisites Registration status: Year 3 or Year 4 Honours Political Science and PO231.
