OL335 – Qualitative Research in Leadership and Organizations – 0.5 Credit

An extension of CC233/OL233, this course examines qualitative research as a strategy for understanding organizational and leadership contexts. Topics may include qualitative research design, interviews, focus groups, observational techniques, ethnographic research and qualitative data analytic approaches such as grounded theory, content analysis, discourse analysis, and computer-assisted programs for data analysis. Prerequisites CC233/OL233.
