MU301 – Managing an Arts-Centered Career – 0.5 Credit

This course will help prepare students to succeed in an arts-centered career. The course will focus on two primary areas: 1) personal aspirations and career planning for work centered in the arts; and 2) professional and organizational strategies, including developing elements of a business plan. Prerequisites Year 3 or Year 4 standing in a BMus degree, or permission of the instructor. Exclusions BU461T. Notes Music students may use this course to fulfil a music or a non-music elective.
