This course provides an understanding of medieval culture with respect to the different social, cultural, institutional, intellectual, aesthetic and spiritual assumptions, which shaped the lives of medieval men and women. Rather than proceed chronologically, the course presents medieval culture as a unified whole. Prerequisites Registration status: senior student. Exclusions ML200*.
