GG493/ES493 – Problems in Land Resources Management – 0.5 Credit

An in-depth study of land use problems of interest and significance to the geographer specializing in the resources management field of geography. Using the seminar approach, the course will include discussion of the social, economic, ecological and political implication of land use conflicts and issues. (Cross-listed as ES493.) Prerequisites ES101 and ES102; or ES290/GG290; and registration status: Year 3 or Year 4 departmental honours program.
