A study of Hollywood and European cinemas in light of feminist film theory, with emphasis on constructions of spectatorship, genres and femininities/masculinities. Prerequisites 1.0 credit from 100 and/or 200 level FS courses, or permission of the department. Notes 3 lecture/discussion hours, 2 film-viewing hours
