CC307 – Forensic Investigation – 0.5 Credit

This course is designed to provide a non-specialist overview of the use and interpretation of physical forensic evidence in courts of law. Topics may include the moral, political and legal issues raised by various kinds of evidence, forensic pathology, blood splatter analysis, underwater recovery, toxicology, cremated remains, staged crime scenes and "questioned documents." Case studies are used to illustrate these issues. Prerequisites CC100 and registration status: senior student.
