BI436 – Embryology – 0.5 Credit

An examination of basic events in early development of model vertebrate and invertebrate organisms, including the formation of gametes, fertilization, embryogenesis, feto-maternal relationships, and an overview of the development of body systems. Prerequisites BI236 (or BI231) and registration status: Honours Biology programs; BI338 strongly recommended.) Exclusions BI445*, BI465*. Notes 3 lecture hours, 3 lab hours
